Highlights & Notes

To make this process more intuitive, we provided a developer tool as part of a Chrome extension called Mimir, which helps our users visualize and debug the analytics going out from the application. It displays the analytics going out of the application one by one and highlights them if any validation feedback is received from the server. Not only does it connect to the current web session running in the browser, but we also allow other non-web applications to display analytics on this debugger by connecting remotely using a QR code.

The Mimir Chrome Extension available to internal users at Agoda does a lot more than just debugging analytics; that is a topic for another article.
